1. Zero-Training Guarantee

Your data is yours. We explicitly guarantee that any documents, contexts, chat histories, or API data you upload to AuraMetrics will never be used to train, retrain, or fine-tune our foundation models or those of our third-party LLM providers.

All data processed through our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline is treated as ephemeral context and is strictly siloed within your organization's Workspace.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We collect standard account information (name, email, billing details) required to provision and maintain your Workspace. We also log standard telemetry and usage data (e.g., token consumption, API calls) for billing and security auditing purposes.

3. Security & Access

Group Administrators are solely responsible for managing access to their Workspaces. We employ enterprise-grade encryption for data at rest and in transit. However, administrators must ensure they use robust authentication methods and do not share access credentials.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. Upon request or account deletion, we will permanently purge all uploaded contexts, documents, and chat histories associated with your Workspace from our active servers within 30 days.
