1. Agentic AI & LLM Limitations

AuraMetrics utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to power our autonomous agents. You explicitly acknowledge that LLMs are predictive text engines and are subject to inherent limitations, including but not limited to generating inaccurate, biased, or fabricated information ("hallucinations").

No Liability for Accuracy: AuraMetrics makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any output generated by our agents. The platform is provided strictly as an informational and operational aid. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.

2. Group Administrator Responsibilities

AuraMetrics is designed for team collaboration via designated Workspaces. Group Administrators hold full responsibility for managing their team's access, permissions, and data. Admins are strictly liable for the actions of their invited members.

Administrators must ensure that their members do not use the platform to violate any laws, upload malicious files, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying LLM architecture.

3. Third-Party LLM Terms

By using AuraMetrics, you also agree to comply with the acceptable use policies and terms of service of our underlying foundation model providers (including Google Gemini and others). Any violation of these upstream terms—such as attempting to generate illegal content or prompt-injecting malicious instructions—is a direct violation of these Terms of Use and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neovest LLC (dba AuraMetrics) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Neovest LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
